Hampir sebulan setengah menyepi, tiba-tiba muncul dengan entri makanan. Hihi. Mood berblog memang dah ke laut dalam dah. Entah bila nak kembali aktif berblog pun tak tahulah. Ada beberapa sebab juga tak berblog. Tak apa, layan resipi ni dululah ya :).
Mudah nak buat brownies ni. Bahan yang digunakan pun tak banyak. Yang penting...sedap! Dah tiga kali saya buat brownies ni. Alhamdulillah puas hati. Suami pun suka. Anak-anak tak usah cakaplah....makanan manis laju je makan terutama anakanda yang sulung.
Coconut Brownies

1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar (saya letak 1-1/2 cawan sahaja)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons baking cocoa
1/2 cup flaked coconut (saya guna unsweetened flaked coconut)
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour and cocoa; gradually beat into creamed mixture until well blended. Stir in coconut.
- Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350'F for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack.
